Currently, when we create multiple products that belong to the same model (e.g., jewelry with variations such as engraving options), each product must be manually assigned to the correct GemPages template. This creates repetitive work and increases the chance of human error, especially in stores with many product variants. I’d like to request a feature that allows GemPages to assign products to templates dynamically, based on conditions such as Shopify product tags, collections, product type, vendor, or metafields. Example use case: - I have one product model, but several products/variants representing it (e.g., with engraving, without engraving). - Each model has its own GemPages template → but every new product requires manually assigning it to the template. - With dynamic rules, I could tag all related products (e.g., model_aurora) and they would automatically use the correct template. Proposed solution: In each template settings window, add a “Dynamic Assignment” section allowing the user to define rules: - “Apply this template to products with tag X” - “Apply this template to products from collection Y” - “Apply this template to products with metafield Z” Once enabled, newly created products that match the rule would automatically use the assigned template — no manual work needed. Benefits: - Saves significant time when managing many similar products - Eliminates manual assignment overhead - Reduces errors and ensures consistent branding - Makes GemPages much more scalable for stores with high SKU counts
Request: make it possible on the Product Bundle Discount element (Gempages 7) to have a variant selector pop up when a user selects the quantity that’s more than 1. Example image below taken from shrine theme: This would be very helpful for quantity breaks for products that have multiple variants. If this is somehow already possible with custom code, please let me know. When I try to do it myself by adding a 2 variant selectors to the element manually, it won’t work because the variant option will sync on both selectors. Thank you in advance, Gempages team. You guys are great.
This feature is incredibly difficult to use and can't be dynamically linked to Shopify's blog data.
Hello, we’ve been using gempages for months.. It now seems that we can’t sync our product. Our front end is fine but the editor can’t seem to sync our product.
We desperately need a round frame please
Hello, if I search for the popup element, no result comes up. Instead, if I want to create a popup I have to create a button > Link > After click > Popup > Create popup. But after that, and all the set up the popup, doesnt shows up when I click on the button. I dont know if it is related to the absence of the element in the search. Thank you for your help. Gautier
Hi GemPages Team, First of all, thank you for the great work you’re doing — I truly love how GemPages allows us to create fast and beautiful landing experiences. I’m writing to suggest a feature improvement that would make a huge difference for all merchants running international ad campaigns using your Instant Landing Pages. Currently, Instant Landings are amazing for speed and conversion, but they don’t support automatic currency detection based on visitor IP (like the Shopify Markets engine does on regular Shopify pages). As a result, prices are displayed only in the store’s base currency (in my case, EUR), which can create friction for users in other countries, especially across LATAM and the US. It would be incredibly helpful if Instant Landings could: - Detect the visitor’s country (via IP or Shopify Markets configuration), and - Automatically show the corresponding currency symbol (USD, MXN, COP, ARS, etc.), - Or at least allow a dynamic currency field linked to Shopify Markets. This would help thousands of users maintain conversion rate consistency across international audiences — while preserving the speed advantage of Instant Landings. Thank you very much for considering this improvement. If your development team needs feedback or testing for this feature, I’d be happy to collaborate or provide examples from real campaigns. Warm regards,
It would be extremely helpful to have an option that allows selling products even when Shopify shows them as “out of stock.” In our case, inventory can’t be synced accurately because of complex fulfillment systems (working with multiple 3rd-party providers). That means Shopify sometimes marks products as OOS even though we actually have stock available. Right now, when we send paid traffic to a GemPages sales page, visitors can’t complete their checkout because Shopify blocks the purchase. This results in lost conversions and wasted ad spend. Even if it’s not ideal, it would be great to have an override setting like “Allow purchase when OOS.” We can still fulfill the order manually — and if stock truly runs out, we notify the customer about a delay. Having this option would make a big difference for stores using external inventory management or flexible fulfillment setups.
They say that I need to upgrade the plan in order to use the interaction features which is ridiculous and I’ll surely be advising my future clients against it as it is not worth it
Please make it possible to customise ILP cart & header menu
Hi Gem team, Can you share what is your system/technical problem for a page need to be LIVE or ACTIVE to edit? My big problems is while running Ads for product A (in case it has good and stable sales), I want to create/edit the PRODUCT PAGE/LANDING PAGE for ANOTHER product B. During that editing time (which takes me weeks to finish, even experts like Gem Service takes 2-5 days to finish a paid Product Page service), It should not be LIVE or ACTIVE because customers will see the unprofessional page of a product. Could you share your plan or timeline to modify or fix this? Thank you a lot. David (a Paid Plan user)
Currently you can only choose days/hours/minutes but choosing seconds is as important for CRO purposes. No one believes a timer is real if it starts at exact minute mark at 59 seconds.
I've added a discount tag to the roproduct list, but I want to customize the display form according to the price, for example, I can define it as A: $XX OFF, or B: XX% OFF. but currently it only supports the whole list to switch uniformly, and doesn't support individual settings.
Invalid translatable content hash. When using gempages to translate multiple languages, the problem of invalid translatable content hash has occurred again, and the English part of the translation interface has always been blank, which has seriously affected our work. Moreover, this problem has occurred repeatedly. I don’t know why. Now we are facing the launch of new products. Because of your problem, our business has been seriously affected. Moreover, when I sent a message, it showed that it could not be sent, and no one helped to solve the problem.
My orders are getting stuck on ‘hold’ and there is no option to add a time-out function so that if a customer does neither accept nor decline the upsell, the order can still go through to fulfilment. Currently they just sit on hold indefinitely. How is this not an option? I’ll simply have to delete the app if so as its causing more issues that anything else.
I am having issues with saving the phone number correctly, as it cant take the format that's in the phone number section in the button, I cant have it accept the +1 855-123-4567 number I have, which causes issues with dialing the number.
I find this very confusing because when a product has multiple variants but doesn't allow customers to choose, the conversion rate is very low. If they want red but I default to black, they won't complete the purchase. I really hope GemBoss improves this feature
I have a store with over 400 products. And I have to manually check, update, edit, publish EVERY product in order to set all variant types to dropdown. This really needs to be an implemented feature where we can just set all product variant selector types to a specific type. OR Bulk edit to make it faster.
Hello GemPages Team, I have noticed an issue since your latest update. When I set the compare price and the current discount in the GemPages app, they appear correctly in the app preview. However, on my official website, these prices and discounts are not visible at all. Could you please let me know why this is happening and how I can fix it? Thank you in advance for your support.
I would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to import articles directly from Google Docs into GemPages. The workflow I am envisioning is as follows: after setting my preferred fonts and global styles in GemPages, I would be able to upload or link a Google Docs document, and GemPages would automatically convert the content into a formatted article on my site, applying the global styles I’ve chosen. This functionality would significantly streamline the content creation process by eliminating the need to manually copy and paste content from Google Docs into GemPages and then reapply formatting. It would save a considerable amount of time and ensure consistency across articles. Thank you for considering this suggestion!
Since your last major update there is a shadow bug that is automatically added to the text once a dynamic checkout button is set up, even if the text shadow option is not present.
We’d like to suggest a critical feature enhancement for the Sales Funnels functionality. In other post-purchase funnel applications, there's a built-in mechanism to automatically remove unpaid items from an order if the payment fails or isn’t completed within a specific timeframe. Additionally, these apps trigger an invoice or payment reminder email to the customer immediately after the failed attempt, encouraging them to complete the purchase. This is especially important for stores using manual payment capture or other methodologies as part of their fraud prevention process. In the current setup, unpaid upsell items remain attached to the order, which creates operational and accounting issues, and may lead to confusion or fulfillment errors. We’re wondering if this functionality—auto-removal of unpaid items + triggered email prompt—can be added to Sales Funnels. It would greatly improve the post-purchase flow and align the feature set with other tools in the market. Attached there is a config page from OCU Zipify which shows the setup of this functionality.
I would love to see a way to bring in the Figma Designs directly to Gempages for novice designers like me. So there is no dependency on coders.
Hello, It would be a very nice feature to be able to schedule pages to publish at a certain time. I am sure a lot of other users would benefit from this feature as it will make our lives a lot easier being able to schedule and “automate” web edits. Please take this request into strong consideration.
Whenever I scroll through the editor, content is wiped out and will have to wait for it to appear. It’s nearly impossible to add bulleted content, whether your pasting or typing it in. It won’t show the bullets for the next line when I press enter.
I'm really having a hard time with this. Normally, I can complete a page quite quickly, but the current builder has too many limitations and frequent error pop-ups. It’s significantly affecting the project timeline, and the system doesn’t feel stable. I’ve had to reach out to Support repeatedly, which has delayed my progress even further. If these issues continue, how can I guide my team to communicate this to the client? Maybe with something like: "Apologies, but if you would like to proceed with building this page, please note that there are certain limitations with the current builder which may impact how the page can be structured or completed."
If you add some prebuilt sections, they will all have inconsistent styling. If instead of them using specific font sizes, spacing, etc. they referenced the styles system (paragraph 1,2,3, spacing XXS, XS, S) it would be a much better experience as right now they are so inconsistent that it’s easier to build from scratch than to manually tweak each prebuilt section.
When picking a color for an element it allows you to pick a custom, recent or suggested color, but not color variables. If we already set them in the global styles tab, they should also be an option when setting the color of an item.
I am building a 3D printing business store, and I need customers to have an option to upload their 3D model files. The upload file option is very nice, but it is limited to 10MB and only image formats. Is there a workaround or solution? Could this be implemented in GemPages? Thanks a lot!
The theme section does not have the function of right click to open ( the pages has such function). Right now If I want to edit more than 1 theme section, I need to open 2 o 3 pages then click the sections One by one that needs to be edited. Hope this feature can be added soon.
Even after setting Featured products and enabling it. Nothing appears in the website.
Description: It would be very helpful to display the URL ending (slug) of each page in the Page Overview section. Many users – especially those running A/B tests – create multiple versions of the same page where only the URL differs (e.g., /landing-a, /landing-b). The actual page title and design often remain identical or nearly identical. Right now, the only way to distinguish between these pages is by modifying the page title, which is inconvenient and not ideal. For example, we might name the pages “Landing Page – Test A”, “Landing Page – Test B”, etc. But these titles then get reflected in the SEO metadata or shared when cloning the page – even though the only thing that changes is the URL. Showing the URL ending in the overview would make the page management much more intuitive, especially in cases where structure stays the same but usage or targeting differs. This simple addition would save time and prevent mistakes – especially when working on larger projects or with multiple team members.
I am writing to formally escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue regarding the Article List functionality in the Gempages Builder. Despite last conversations the problem remains unfixed even after more than 24 hours (dated 16-June). I’ve repeatedly had to explain the same issue again and again to multiple support guys, which has resulted in the loss of valuable time and caused significant frustration. This is not only inefficient but also unacceptable given the time-sensitive nature of my work. I have wasted hours trying to clarify the issue, yet it remains unresolved. This lack of resolution and accountability is extremely disappointing. I now request that this issue be escalated to the highest level of technical or customer support management immediately. I expect timely and effective resolution, along with a clear explanation of why the issue has taken this long to address. Please treat this with utmost urgency and respond with a resolution plan at the earliest. Page URL: https://www.ask-the-fox.com/pages/brandschutz
Currently the caroussel is a little bit laggy, if this could be improved it would be great!
Hi GemPages Team, First of all, thank you for the great Instant Landing Page (ILP) feature – I really enjoy working with it and see a lot of potential in it. However, I was initially under the impression that it would be possible to connect multiple domains (e.g., up to ten), as the interface seems to suggest this capacity. Unfortunately, I realized that only one domain can be activated at a time, which is a bit disappointing. We work extensively in the native advertising space, and I also run an agency where we support other clients with similar campaigns. Having the ability to assign a separate domain per ILP would be a total game-changer for us. It would allow for cleaner campaign setups, better tracking, and the flexibility to build multiple domain-specific pages that are crucial for success in Native Ads. I’d highly encourage you to consider adding this capability in a future update. The current ILP feature is already a great step forward, and with multi-domain support, it could become a true powerhouse for performance marketers. Thanks again for your hard work and innovation! Best regards, Sascha
Dear Gempages Team, I hope you're doing well. I’d like to request a valuable enhancement to the current product listing capabilities within Gempages. Currently, the pagination system limits user experience and flow on product-heavy pages. It would be highly beneficial to introduce the following features: - Show More Button: Allow customers to click a “Show More” button to load the next batch of products without a full page reload. - Auto Load on Scroll: Enable automatic loading of the next set of products (e.g., after the first 16–20 products) as the user scrolls down the page. These features are now standard across many modern e-commerce platforms and significantly improve usability, customer engagement, and conversion rates by offering a smoother, uninterrupted shopping experience. I hope you consider adding this to your roadmap. It would make Gempages even more powerful for dynamic storefronts. Thank you for your great work and continued support!
Everytime I try to copy a layout of a website using the link, a prompt comes up “Oops! Couldn't capture the website. It might be due to internet issues or the website blocking our capturing tool. Try later or capture manually. If you need assistance, feel free to ask!“ I’ve my wifi just beside me so for sure that internet issues are not there. Could be an error in the gempages software…
If I offer 4 different bestsellers in a post-purchase upsell window I don’t know which one is selling the best.
In the Shopify theme and Instant page. Support didn't help and told me to solve the problem myself. Thanks 1 point to the review. I think it is the developer's task. I attach a photo of Shopify and GemPages theme.
